On 31st March, contracts were signed with the Aldesa Company to start work on the second phase of 131 homes in Calaceite, ‘Las Lomas’.

Grupo El Fuerte is starting work on the second phase of the Calaceite Residential Complex after excellent results from the first phase, Vistamar, which has already seen more than 70% of its apartments sold. On the 31st March contracts were signed to begin work with the Aldesa Company, currently finishing work on the first phase, which will be ready for handover in December this year. In total, Grupo El Fuerte has to date already invested 87 million Euros in the construction of the Calaceite Residential Complex.

With a total of 131 apartments spread out over 3 plots, Las Lomas boasts exclusive penthouses and apartments with up to 3 bedrooms, all with spectacular sea views. Calaceite is beautifully located between Torrox and Nerja, near to Malaga Airport and the city itself, Granada and Sierra Nevada. After making the second phase available, 35% of the Las Lomas apartments have been sold; they are expected to be handed over at the end of next year. Calaceite will also have an 18-hole golf course designed by Blake Stirling of Global Golf. What’s more, there’ll soon be a marina near to the development, already approved by the Autonomous Government of the Region of Andalusia, with 500 mooring points for lovers of the sea in Calaceite to enjoy their boats.
